Shipping Policy
Free standard ground shipping is offered on all orders placed on Colibri.com. Expedited service (two-day and overnight) is available at an additional fee. Shipping service is available within the contiguous 48 states ( U.S.A.) only.
All Colibri butane lighters are shipped empty of butane fuel in compliance with U.S. federal regulations.
All orders containing a butane can purchase will ship via ground service only. For expedited shipping service (two-day or overnight), merchandise must be purchased separately from a butane can purchase.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Same day expedited shipping
Overnight and two-day delivery service is available for orders placed
- Before 2 p.m EST Monday - Thursday
- before 12 p.m. EST Friday
Orders placed after those times will ship on the following weekday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All expedited shipping orders (two-day service or one-day service) will be shipped to arrive on the next week days. Saturday delivery is not available.
If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges.
Easy 30-day Returns & Exchange Policy for Purchases on Colibri.com
We will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased online at Colibri.com within 30 days of the ship date. The full purchase amount will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate)
- Merchandise must have been purchased on Colibri.com.
- Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
- Butane cans cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been personalized or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
To Return or Exchange an item Purchased on Colibri.com
- Step 1. Email us at service@colibri.com
- Step 2. Please include your name, your order # or invoice #, and the item your wish to return in your email.
Please allow a total processing time of three weeks for refund credits and exchanges.
Colibri.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer directly. A Colibri.com service representative can be contacted at service@colibri.com and will be glad to assist you.
