We will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased online at Colibri.com within 30 days of the ship date. The full purchase amount will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate)

  • Merchandise must have been purchased on Colibri.com.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
  • Butane cans cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been personalized or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
